Ketogenic Diet
Cruising can cause all of us to pack on a few extra pounds. One of the most interesting and quick ways to shed extra weight, bloat and fat from your body is the Ketogenic diet. The concept is very simple and surprisingly easy to stick to.
To get your body to burn fat you need to deprive it of sugar and to do that you need to stop eating carbohydrates. This forces your body into "ketosis" which is a normal state of burning fat. However this can take a few days and when you get cravings for sugar which you will simply replace it with a big slice of bacon.
I am currently on Day 6 of my diet and I can tell you that the results are coming quickly. If I stick with this for another week I might even see my abs again. However once you get the results you want you can simply switch back to a low carbohydrate diet, with minimal bread, sweets, etc... sticking mainly with fat, and protein and fresh veggies the key to any diet.
